Angeles City, in The Philippines, employs fifteen thousand sex workers. Director Sam Rider, Armi Cacanindin, and Cliff Traiman shot for 6 weeks in Angeles City to better understand the men who fly from all over the world to this red light disctrict.

A crew of Venezuelan breakdancers have started a new life in Colombia.  This is the story of them jeopardizing all they have built to go back over the border to retrieve their old friend from a hopeless situation in Venezuela.

Sam Rider was hired by Time Magazine to follow three of the world’s most famous chefs as they come together for Time’s cover photo shoot.  Sam Rider produced and edited this spot in collaboration with Brandon Newbauer.

Maxim Magazine sent Sam Rider on the road with The Greys, a midwestern minor league baseball team with no home stadium.  Sam shot and produced this short documentary as a one man band working with a C300 camera package and an Inspire 1 aerial camera.

Sam Rider spent 6 weeks living and shooting on location in Miami to capture the story of Rafael Acosta for the Mtv show MADE.  Sam produced and shot 15 other episodes for MADE in 2011.

In Southern India a man builds and flies a lighter than air balloon made entirely from household products. Sam Rider traveled to India and spent 8 months living with this eccentric balloonist to produce, shoot and edit this documentary.
